Stop evening Snacking
Usually I rant and rave that the kitchen closes at 1800 hours but if your really that hungry or you “think” your hungry I recommend to eat these protein, probiotics, or veggies for a snack. I usually say pull up your socks and drink water “fatty” but usually men are the hungry ones in the evening.... I always have clients asking what some healthy stuff they can eat, so here’s some snacks!! Taking portions is important as well.... so sitting down with a 5 pound bag of turkey jerky isn’t ideal 😂 and ladies eat like a lady not a hungry hippo emotionally eating the whole pail of frozen yogurt.... crying 🤷🏼♀️ it’s not making shit better 😂 mind over matter!!!! Your problem is have a dam glass of wine 🍷 or water 🤣 so really if your constantly in the mirror judging your self.... stop snacking on crap!!! Or better yet go on a fast for a few days!!!!
